4.2 Brand-Generated Content

• Brands that participate in the platform may upload reels, product descriptions, and other materials. By submitting this content, brands grant Snoodify a similar license for the use of their content on the platform.
   

5. Prohibited Conduct
 

When using Snoodify, you agree to:

• Not engage in any illegal activities or post content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

• Refrain from attempting to gain unauthorized access to Snoodify’s systems or the accounts of other users.

• Avoid posting misleading or false information about products or services.
   

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights on the platform, including logos, design elements, and content created by Snoodify, are owned by us or our licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials from Snoodify without prior written consent.
   

7. Purchases and Refunds
